Midfielder in the U20 squad for the first time

Crewe Alexandra are delighted to announce that Liam Nolan has been called up to the Northern Ireland U20 squad. The 18-year-old has impressed for the Alex throughout the pre-season campaign and his performances have now earned international recognition.

Nolan, who is yet to make his first team bow, will link up with the squad this Friday and will be involved in games with Mexico, USA and Denmark over the following week.

Everyone at the Football Club would like to congratulate Liam on his call-up.
